- To order online, 25% of the total amount has to be deposited in our bank account in advance – your order will be confirmed only after receiving the advance amount. The remaining amount will be received when the product is ready.
- Products once sold will not be returned or replaced.
- In case of cancellation of the order, 50% of the advance amount will be deducted.
- No advance will be refunded if customers have decided to print their selected photos or scenes on the furniture or have ordered the furniture to be made to their desired size and design.
- Delivery of furniture and fitting charges will be charged separately.
- Under normal circumstances, orders are delivered in 2 working days in Lahore, and in 5 to 7 working days in other cities. But if there are situations that are beyond our control, such as natural disasters, accidents, strikes, lock downs, roads closures and network outages etc., the delivery of the order may be delayed for which the company will not be responsible.
- If you find the wrong product or miss any part of the product please inform the company within 48 hours. The company will deliver your selected product or the missing part of the product to you without any additional charges and will collect the wrong product, provided the product is in good condition and not damaged.
- The color of the original furniture may differ slightly from the image shown on the website.
Warranty
- Kiddie’s Furniture offers a five (5) year warranty for their products from the date of purchase. This warranty is for defects in product material and workmanship and is limited to manufacturing faults in addition to swelling and cracking of the wooden sheets used to make the products.
- This warranty includes one year third party warranty for electric lights.
- Other items in the furniture, such as handles, locks, racks, mirrors, glass, wheels, steel legs and drawer railings, are exempt from warranty.
- If the furniture sheet is swollen or broken, or there is a manufacturing defect in any part, only that part of the furniture will be replaced. The whole products will not be changed under any circumstances.
- There is no warranty for the sheet under the mattress.
- There is no warranty for trim damages.
- The warranty will only effective if the product is to be used for the intended purpose in normal conditions.
- Warranty will be void in case of damages or defects caused by misuse, mistreatment, lack of maintenance, improper cleaning, abnormal wear and tear, or incorrect handling.
- No warranty claims will be accepted if the furniture has been altered, modified or repaired by the customer.
- There is no warranty for damages in the event of natural disasters, accidents and fires.
- Warranty is not transferable and limited to original buyers only.
- The customer will be responsible for bringing the product to and from the factory for warranty claims.
- The decision of Kiddie’s Furniture regarding the warranty claims will be final and will not be challenged under any circumstances.
